The Dolce & Gabbana Lucia Bag is not a recently-released handbag. But when we spotted this bag in Chevron Quilting, we stopped and pause. It’s actually quite impressive. Now, the Chevron Quilting print embellished on the Lucia Bag is an improved version for the Fall Winter 2017 Collection. If you start falling in love with this bag, perhaps you might want to read on!

The Design

The Lucia Shoulder Bag has a sophisticated look but very modern and timeless. We belief this is an one-time purchase and forever-yours investment, because this bag will never get old.

The boxy shape makes it intriguing and the adjustable short handles are quite flexible. You see, you can adjust the short handles to your comfort – you can then carry the bag on your shoulder (with the short-handles) or just tote it by hand. But of course, it also comes with a long shoulder leather strap, which can be removed and also be adjusted.

What’s most fabulous is the Chevron Quilting embellished all over the body of this bag. Then it’s finalized with a sophisticated clasp surrounded by 7 studs.

Made from calfskin leather, which is a durable and scratch-resistance material.

The Interior

When D&G creates a handbag, they think about the interior as much as the exterior. The space of this Lucia Bag has been maximized in order to help you store as much necessities as possible. Inside you will find two compartments, a zipped central compartment, a slot pocket and card slots. With so much compartments, it’s easier to organize your essentials.

Louis Vuitton Cour Marly Bag in PM Size

Whenever I look at the new Louis Vuitton Cour Marly Bag, I can’t stop thinking about the City Steamer One Handle Bag. Perhaps it’s because of the color or the shape that’s quite similar. Or perhaps it’s the studs and the hardware that makes me think they’re somehow related. The Cour Marly Bag is introduced for the Fall Winter 2017 Collection and we think you will love it.

The Design

Louis Vuitton Cour Marly Bag in MM Size

Inspired by the Parisian elegance, the Courly Marly Bag is a two bag in one. Similar to the Capucines Bag, the flap can be positioned inside or outside, which can create a different look. The flap reminds me of the One Handle Bag, which is also made with a leather strap in the center.

The bag has a triangle shape when observed from the side. The front comes with the house’s signature S-lock. There is a key attached to the decorative chain on the side, which is attached to the side handle. This key can be used to open the S-Lock.

The Cour Marly Bag is anything but minimalistic. It’s elegant but also urban, the bottom is designed with little studs and the back is made with a zipped pocket for instant access to your necessities.

You can carry this bag in numerous of ways – grab the handles and tote it, or use the detachable strap for shoulder carry. The shoulder strap is short and might not be able to carry cross body. Furthermore, this bag is made from calfskin with calfskin lining.

The Interior

Because of the practical look and the spacious interior, this bag can be carried everyday. The interior comes with a large main compartment and a double pocket.

The Sizes And Prices

This bag comes in two sizes:

So it’s finally here – the Chanel Gabrielle WOC is launched for the Fall Winter 2017 Collection.

The Gabrielle Collection was just launched a few months ago, but already it’s paving its way to the iconic status. And with this kind of speed, you can be certain that it will reach that level in very short amount of time. The Gabrielle Bag will sit next to the Classic Flap Bag and the Boy Bag. And in the future, when you ask the SA in Heathrow about the stock of the Gabrielle Bag, they will tell you that they don’t have. Because they don’t sell iconic handbags at Heathrow airport.

The Design

Chanel Gabrielle Clutch With Chain, This Bag Is Bigger Than The WOC. Details via here.

The Classic Quilted WOC, The Boy WOC, The Reissue 2.55 WOC and now the Gabrielle WOC. The design of the Gabrielle Bag is kind-of between the Classic Flap Bag and the Boy Bag. Here’s why: one part of the design is soft and feminine, just like the Classic Bag. The other part of the design is boyish and strong, which represents Coco Chanel’s ideas. Put them together and you get an irresistible handbag.

The Gabrielle WOC is crafted in diamond quilting on the top part of the flap, it’s refined with smooth leather on the bottom part. It also comes with woven chain leather strap for shoulder carry just like the ones on the Classic Quilted and the Reissue WOC. The CC logo has been crafted on the center front.

Chanel Crumpled Calfskin Leather

This is the first-time that the Gabrielle WOC has been released. In the future you will see more colors, leather variations and definitely more sophisticated prints. For this season, Chanel introduces this WOC in Crumpled Calfskin, which is a leather type that we’ve spotted on the Reissue 2.55 So Black Flap Bag. This leather also looks like its been worn, but it’s less cracked than the aged calfskin.

The Interior

The interior of the Gabrielle WOC is the same like other WOCs. Inside you will find 6 credit card slots, a zip pocket and a main compartment to store your other essentials.

The Sizes And Prices

Style code A84389, measuring 4.8’ x 7.6’ x 1.4’ inches, priced at $2100 USD, €2090 euro, £1890 GBP, $3400 SGD, $17400 HKD, 10500 MYR, ¥268920 JPY via Chanel boutiques.

Discover famous brand spokesmodels. (Left to Right) Keira Knightley, Carolyn Murphy, Adriana Lima and Charlize Theron

When it comes to fashion and beauty brands, finding the ideal face to represent a company can be difficult. From creative director to executive changes, celebrities and models often come and go with the season change. However, throughout the years, we have seen quite a few iconic brand ambassadorships. While most spokesmodels can last a year or two, it is a high honor to be the face of a product for several years.

Today, we round up six famous spokeswomen for some of fashion’s most iconic brands including Charlize Theron, Keira Knightley, Adriana Lima and more. Their partnerships with brands are a match made in heaven with stints ranging from 8 to over 30 years. Discover them all below!

Charlize Theron for Dior's J'adore fragrance

South African actress Charlize Theron has been the face of Dior’s famous J’adore fragrance since 2004. The sensual commercials and print campaigns often include Theron wearing a gold gown. Created by perfumer François Demachy, the J’adore scent is a best-selling fragrance that features notes of ylang-ylang, damascena rose essence and jasmine sambac.

In 2014, the blonde said this about being the face of J’adore for over a decade. “There’s a natural evolution that happens to all of us, and there was definitely stepping stones in the last ten years for that woman to kind of find her freedom within her confinements that we all have and I think that for me as an actor that was a real joy to be encouraged to be part of that.”

Adriana Lima for Victoria's Secret

Lingerie and apparel brand Victoria’s Secret is well-known for its Angels. And one of its most famous ones happens to be Adriana Lima. The Brazilian bombshell has had a contract with VS since 1999 when she first walked the show. Now at 36-years-old, Adriana is aging like a fine wine. And in 2017, she was named the most valuable Angel due to her social media influence. You can often see Adriana’s name trend on Twitter during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show year after year.

And it looks like fans of the model don’t have to worry about her leaving the brand anytime soon. In a 2017 interview with Ocean Drive, Adriana revealed that she will do the annual lingerie runway show for a few more years. “My goal is to do the fashion show till I’m 40, at least. Or [as long as] gravity is on my side,” she quipped.

Keira Knightley for Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Fragrance

British actress Keira Knightley and French luxury fashion house Chanel have a long-standing relationship. The Oscar-nominated actress first starred in a campaign for the brand in 2007. As the face of its Coco Mademoiselle fragrance, Keira later went on to appear in advertisements for Chanel’s jewelry and makeup lines.

Talking about her personal connection to Chanel, the brunette shared in an interview with DuJour the following. “My grandmother wore Chanel N°5,” Knightley recalled. “A friend gave it to me a couple years before I received this wonderful offer. Until then, I had never worn women’s fragrances, because I found them too sweet or floral. Suddenly, people were stopping me in the street to ask what perfume I was wearing.”
